This week’s kegs available through dock sales are the following:
Rise Up Red – Organic Rise Up Red is a classic Northwest red ale featuring a rich mahogany color while organic malts provide a mild caramel sweetness and smooth, bready flavor. An ample dose of locally-grown Magnum, Cascade and Centennial hops delivers a floral and slight citrus flavor. The beer checks in at 60 IBUs and 5.8% ABV.
Earth Day Ale – a complex blend of organically grown pilsner, munich, caramel and chocolate malts balanced by the floral and citrus notes from organic Cascade and Palisade hops.
KBOO Radio IPA – Radio IPA tunes in a healthy dose of Magnum, Cascade, Centennial, Palisade and Summit hops, supported by a community of organic pilsner, caramel 15 and caramel 60 malts. KBOO Radio IPA is available for dock sales; $68 for corny keg refills, $90 for a 1/4 barrel keg and $160 for a 1/2 barrel keg. A portion of keg sales will also be donated to KBOO.
