HUB Pop Up Pub and the release of Professor Plum!

When 16 Tons Taphouse asked us if we wanted to make a collaborative cider, we knew we were going to have fun. The Eugene crew drove up north and helped us make Professor Plum, a Brandy barrel-aged Brett apple cider with Italian plums, wild plums, and cardamom. Plum crazy? Yes please.
Pop Up Pub
After choosing a couple other ciders and a couple specialty beers for the release party, someone threw out the idea that maybe we just have a little Hopworks pop up pub at 16 Tons. So yeah, that’s happening. We’re taking over all 18 taps and we’re sending a number of our brewers down for the event. Professor Plum will be on tap of course, and we will also serve a number of very special, limited beers and ciders. We’ll publish the entire taplist here soon, but here’s a start:
