Quality

Beer is one of mankind’s greatest inventions, we love the way it brings people together. So producing delicious beer will always be our first priority.

Our beer is made with the best ingredients and processes available to us. We use pure water of the Bull Run watershed of the Oregon Cascades, and organic hops and grains that are sustainably raised and sourced from local growers. We work to hire, train and retain the best crew to craft the highest quality of beer found anywhere.

Sourcing Our Ingredients

The Pacific Northwest is a rich bounty for brewers. Our backyard contains 25% of the world’s hops and there are many USDA Organic and Salmon-Safe hop options available to us. Apple orchards are plentiful and there are numerous local maltsters.

We work directly with local growers to ensure that we have the freshest and best, sustainably raised ingredients possible. We have worked with many of the same hops, malted barley, and material suppliers throughout the entire life of the brewery. We appreciate knowing where our materials come from, and we believe the consistency we provide to our growers helps them make decisions that have the long-term health of their workers and land in mind.

A Foundation Of Freshness

As we continue to grow, quality continues to be our highest priority. We like our beer crisp, clean, and packed full of flavor. Here are a few ways that we ensure that when you choose our beer, you’re getting the freshest craft beer possible.

  • Hiring for Quality
Our full-time Quality Assurance Lab Tech works to make sure that every step of the brewing process is consistently handled in a way that maintains the integrity of our beer.
  • Our Equipment
A recent purchase – Our centrifuge separates yeast from the beer by rotating 7000 times a minute. With this new filter, not only is our beer packed with more flavor, it stays fresh longer than ever before.
  • Check the Datestamp
We mark the bottom of every pint-sized can, and the side of every bomber bottle with a datestamp. We regularly check our accounts to make sure the beer you get on the shelf is up to our standards.

World-Class Food

Our goal is to make amazing food with premium ingredients and a lot of love.

Is it local and is it organic? These are questions our suppliers have come to expect. Our kitchen has the same ethos as our brewery – we care about our food, where it comes from, how it was farmed, and what is going into our family’s bellies.

We focus on simple food and utilizing ingredients in more than one menu item. Our walk-in cooler inventory turns over twice weekly, ensuring freshness in every ingredient and virtually eliminating the need for a freezer. Scratch cooking soups, sauces, dressings and dough are methods we know your taste buds will appreciate while reducing packaging waste.
