Tim

Native of the great Northwest, Tim was born in Portland moved to Bellevue Wa. before returning in High School to Lake Oswego. Tim found his path into the Industry by accident or fate. In need of a job during high school he took a job working for a private chef and her catering company. It was here he learned his sharp witted tongue also had a skilled palate, and using sharp knives was fun too. He went on to do other things for a couple years until a job with O'Callahans presented itself. This led to other opportunities that has built a solid and diverse foundation of food and beverage knowledge. From private party catering to massive corporations and concept development. Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to our Team. Most recently he spent the last 7 years working with Pacific Coast Restaurants as a GM in many of their concepts. Tim's love of cold malted beverages started long ago, Admittedly before it should have(sorry Mom). His many years of "research" are paying off though, he actually gets paid to drink beer now.

RESERVATIONS

• We accept reservations Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays all day for parties of 10 or more. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons on a limited basis.

• We are sorry we cannot accept reservations Thursday through Sunday evenings due to limited seating and volume. On those evenings we operate on a walk-in basis only.

• For any group of 15 or more we do require a deposit of $50. We also request a pre-order taken at the time of your reservation. Please call us at (503) 232-4677.
