Lionne

Native to the Hawaiian Islands, Lionne migrated to the main land shortly before High School. After a brief tour of the country, Lionne &his family settled in the wonderful Northwest. This is where Lionne met Christian way back in 1988. Lionne &Christians parents remain friends &neighbors to this day. Lionne grew up in the restaurant industry and is passionate about great food and warm friendly service. Lionne spent the last 12 years at Pacific Coast Restaurants, where he worked his way up from server to manager and began opening Stanford’s, Newport Bay, Portland City Grill, Manzana’s &Henry’s 12th St Tavern. Lionne’s passion grew over the years for liquor, beer &wine. With the fabulous success of the PCR beverage programs Lionne was promoted to run the Corporate Beverage Program for the entire company. Through his commitment to provide the company with the very best beer, wine &Cocktail selection Lionne rediscovered Christian while investigating Organic beer. Christian began sharing his vision of Hopworks and through Christian’s persistence, Lionne joined the Hopworks Team.

After 20 years of growth, Lionne &Christian have met again. This time Lionne isn’t trying to sell Christian illegal fireworks, he’s here to sell New York Style Pizza &Organic Beer for All!
