Andy Litka

Andy moved to Oakland CA from Philadelphia PA in 1999 in search of warmer winters. He soon found his home at Lanesplitter Pizza and started as a dishwasher working side by side with the owners, Daniel Rogers and Vic Gumper. Over the next seven years, he was promoted to Director of Food Operations. He was very involved in helping open two more extremely successful locations. As much as he loved Lanesplitter and the Bay Area, it was time for him to move on. He relocated to Portland in November of 2007 and was recently hired as Executive Chef for Hopworks Urban Brewery. Andy looks forward to creating New York style pies and meeting the great people of Portland at the HUB!
